Ingredients
· 1 zucchini, chopped
· ½ a cup daikon, chopped
· 1 small head cauliflower cut up into chunks
· 2 garlic cloves
· 1 and a ½ cup of water
· ½ a cup of raw cashews ( soaked in water for 10 minutes)
· ¼ cup of nutritional yeast
· 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
· 2 tablespoon of plum vinegar
Veggie Dippers
· 2 courgettes cut into batons
· 2 carrots cut into batons
· 2 celery sticks cut up into batons
How To
1. Add the listed ingredients to the pot and lock up the lid
2. Cook on HIGH pressure for 3 minutes
3. Naturally, release the pressure
4. Remove the lid and allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes more
5. Transfer to a blender and blend for 2 minutes until creamy
6. Enjoy with veggie dippers!
