Ingredients
· 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
· ½ pound pea pods
· 3 tablespoons vinegar
· 3 tablespoons sugar
· 1 cup chicken stock
· 2 tablespoons soy sauce
· ¾ cup pineapple juice
Directions
1. Put shrimp and pea pods in your instant pot.
2. Take a bowl and mix soy sauce with pineapple juice, vinegar, stock and sugar, and stir.
3. Pour this into the pot then stir well.
4. Seal the lid.
5. Cook for 3 minutes at high pressure.
6. Once cooked, allow quick release pressure to vent the steam and remove the lid.
7. Serve and enjoy!
